Merch NWI Ltd are well-established licensee and manufacturer based in Norwich, UK. We are a trusted licensed supplier to the high street and all the major online retailers, working with some amazing global brands with direct working relationships including; Coca Cola, Smiley, Rubik’s, NASA, Gas Monkey, Universal Music & Volkswagen.

We have a continuous stock of BCI cotton T shirts, sweatshirt, hoodies, joggers and shorts readily available at any time through out the year. If, however you have the lead-time and budget, we’ll have our in-house tech and design team fully present storyboard and CAD custom concepts. Custom styles, custom fabrics, custom trims and custom decoration, sampled and manufactured to you spec in fully audited factories with low minimums.

Bespoke Garment Manufacturing

When it comes to bespoke garment manufacturing, we offer all our customers the options of producing in either Egypt or Bangladesh. Each location can produce menswear, ladieswear and childrenswear with a large variety of products and styles to suit your needs. In contrast to our UK stock, there is a larger minimum quantity required and lead times will be longer. However, opting for bespoke garment manufacturing results in a high-quality product, completely customised to your requests. Below is a quick run through of our capabilities for each factory.

Egypt

In Egypt we can manufacture large volumes of clothing using various methods such as; cut, sew, print and all over print. For the cutting process we use the latest Gerber automatic cutter which provides us with a daily production capacity of roughly 50,000 pieces. Over 250 sewing machines allow us to use techniques such as overlock, lock stitch, double needle, automatic hamming and much more with a daily capacity of 20,000 pieces. The print department is one of the largest and most versatile in Egypt meaning we can deliver all printing requirements. We use various ink types such as water based, plastisol and water-based discharge and techniques like washed out, cracked or distressed colour with a maximum of 14 colours for printing.  We can produce 25,000 pieces of wet print garments and 16,000 sublimated garments per day. The sublimation (all over print) department can produce 20,000 metres a day with the help of 4 high quality printing machines. Each department performs a thorough inspection after each process is completed to ensure the highest quality is kept.

 Bangladesh

The factory in Bangladesh lets us produce more complex garments in greater quantities but with longer lead times compared to Egypt. We can produce shirts, sweaters, jackets, jeans and trousers, t-shirts and sweatshirts, dresses and blouses, nightwear and underwear. We can use more intricate fabrics, trims, accessories and techniques such as denim, corduroy, embroidery, silk, cashmere, sequins, glitter and much more. We stay very up to date with the latest upcoming trends so we can offer these to you.
